The menu is created for you by Guy Martin – 3-star chef at the celebrated Grand Véfour restaurant in Paris and art of living" consultant for Air France. The wine list has been selected by Olivier Poussier – named world´s best sommelier in 2000. We also offer our special reserve champagne, liqueurs, a selection of nine finest-quality teas and herbal infusions, as well as a menu of different waters. Meals are served on tables set with large white Venetian-style placemats and matching napkins. The à la carte meal service gives you a great deal of freedom: choose when you would like to dine during the flight and select the menu items as you wish.Drinks, apéritifs and hors d´œuvres whet your appetite before your main meal.

Cabin staff are dedicated to providing you with thoughtful, friendly and reliable service throughout your flight. A full range of accessories is at your disposal: comfortable lounge wear, a dust bag for your shoes, slippers, a Première travel kit, including moisturizing lotions, relaxing eye mask and toiletries.

L´Espace Première cabin gives you a constantly updated selection of in-flight entertainment options. On long-distance flights, Air France invites you to discover a new l´Espace Affaires. L´Espace Affaires medium-distance flights are renowned for business travel throughout Europe. The new seat in the l´Espace Affaires cabin is more spacious than the previous version. It is also equipped with: a massage function to help you relax, a footrest for better leg support, regardless of the seat´s position. This new seat can be converted into a bed that is perfectly shaped to the contours of your body. Its dimensions are designed for relaxation and increased sleeping comfort. The bed is: 2 meters in length, it is perfectly suited to tall people, it stretches from 50.8 to 61 cm thanks to the armrest that automatically lowers when you adjust the seat to bed position, because it is practically horizontal, you can stretch out to sleep. Your seat is equipped with numerous practical and ergonomic storage spaces. These areas are convenient for stowing your personal items (shoes, toiletries case, water bottle, magazines, etc.) during the flight.

On long-distance flights, personalized dining is offered with a selection of fine wines and champagne, chosen by one of the world´s foremost sommeliers, Olivier Poussier. The menu is adapted to the duration of your flight. You have the option of choosing a traditional or express menu. Some l´Espace Affaires flights propose 2 exclusive refreshment bars, offering magazines and a buffet, allowing you to quench your thirst, eat, unwind or chat without disturbing other passengers. Espresso is served upon request.

A 10.4-inch interactive video screen. This individual screen allows you to choose on demand from a wide selection of recent movies, reports, news programs, video games and a varied musical line up. You have access to your own high-tech work and entertainment space: a telephone built into the armrest of your seat, a fiber-optic lamp and individual screen.

Traveling in the Tempo cabin means you benefit from all the comfort you need to arrive feeling relaxed and refreshed. On long-haul flights, so you can relax, your seat reclines up to 118°. You will find a cushion and blanket on your seat. You can also use our complementary travel kit which includes an eye mask, headphones, earplugs and a refreshing towelette.

On flights of over 10.5 hours, a self-service buffet is available for the duration of the flight. Local culinary specialties are served on flights between France and China, Korea, India and Japan.
